Digesta

Digesta® is a collection of law reports and digests of judicial and administrative decisions from the Courts and Tribunals of Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia and the Republic of Singapore.

Current titles include:  

• Digesta Animalium®: An Animal Law Digest, Volumes 1 to 4 - a collection of significant animal and veterinary law cases, 1890 to 2023.  

• Digesta Animalia®: The Animal Law Digest, a biannual serial publication covering significant animal and veterinary law cases from 2023 and onwards.

• Digesta® Pneumoconioses, a serial covering significant cases on awards of damages for dust-related occupational lung disease in Australia.
